My name is Sally Jaquet and I am a Leith-based community musician and performer who believes music is for everyone. My projects include vocal and songwriting teaching, music & wellbeing workshops for school groups, businesses, choir leading, and music research and arts projects evaluation. I am always open and enthusiastic to collaborate with other musicians and local organisations on community projects

On the 16th of July I'll be leading a one-off choir session at Edinburgh Botanics (@rbgedinburgh 🌲) called "Sing Among Sequoias" - we'll learn songs about the trees, plants and animals that abide with us - expect Scottish and Appalachian folk songs, lullabies, birdsong, and of course: lots of harmonies! PHEONIX CHOIR USHER HALL CONCERT TONIGHT🔥🔥🔥! This will be an epic showcase of @thephoenixchoir and the incredible music and joy they create! 4 choirs from areas across Edinburgh will unite for a night of gospel, pop, soul, r&b and I can't WAIT.
